ROOMS


Standard Room: Comfortable and pleasant space, ideal for resting and feeling at home. Standard rooms are 25 m² spaces that invite you to relax in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. They are equipped with two double beds (some with one double bed and 15 m²), TV, safe, fridge, free Wi-Fi, and private bathroom with toiletries.

 HOW DOES IT WORK? 




  • Arrival: You will receive a wristband upon check-in.




  • Deposit: There is a cash deposit for the wristband (€5 at 3-star hotels / €10 at 4-star hotels). We will refund this deposit on your departure day at the scheduled time.




  • Receipt: Please keep this document. You must present both this receipt and your wristband to receive your deposit refund.




  • Use of Wristband: The wristband is personal and non-transferable. You cannot use your wristband to order drinks for other guests.




  • Ordering: Please show your wristband every time you order.




  • Limits: To keep service fast and fair, you may only order one drink per person at a time (no stockpiling drinks).




  • Cleanliness: Help us keep the hotel clean and tidy by returning your empty glasses or not leaving them around the property.




  • Health & Safety: Due to hygiene regulations, you must consume all food and drinks in the areas where they are served. Please do not take them to other areas (such as guest rooms).




  • Underage Drinking: Under Spanish law, we do not serve alcohol to guests under 18 years old.




  • Misuse: Any misuse of the wristband will result in the immediate cancellation of your All-Inclusive privileges without a refund.




  • Responsible Service: The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest showing signs of intoxication.

  •  Pets allowed (€): Up to 8 kg. Supplement of €10/day per pet. Conditions: pets must be kept on a leash in common areas. Restricted access to the pool area, gym, spa, and restaurant.
